Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC and cook the roast for 20 minutes.
2. Lower the temperature to 150ºC. Continue cooking for 20 minutes per 500g, basting every 20-30 minutes.
3. Make sure the center of the roast is hot, and the juices run clear before serving.
