Ham Off Cuts 300g

Wiltshire Country Fayre ham off cuts are the trimmings of ham that is produced from the back leg of the pig. The meat is lean, flavoursome and very versatile. Expert producers cure the ham on the bone for two weeks before deboning and drying the joint by hanging in the fridge. Off cuts are a by product of traditional butchery. They are superb value for money and a sustainable choice.

Ham off cuts are an easy way to add seasoning, colour and texture to a wide range of sauces. We love using them in sandwiches. Make a pile of ham on buttered, crusty bread. Add thick slices of cheddar, cucumber and spread tangy chutney or pickle over the other slice. You can also use this ham in coleslaws and celeriac salads.
