How to cook your Whole Jointed Guinea Fowl

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C) or gas mark 6.
2. Pat the guinea fowl pieces dry and season with salt, pepper, and your favourite spices or marinade.
Roasting Method
1. Place the breasts and legs on a baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Roast for 25-30 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
Grilling or Pan-Frying

2. Cook the breasts for 6-8 minutes per side and the legs for 10-12 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
