Wiltshire Country Fayre dry cured gammon steak is produced from the back leg of the pig. The meat is lean, tender and very easy to cook. Expert producers cure the ham with salt and a touch of sugar for two weeks. They then hang the meat in the fridge for the perfect amount of time. This allows the meat to develop its deep, salty flavour.
