Cooking Instructions

Defrosting guidelines: For best results, remove all packaging whilst product is still frozen. Place the whole cake on a serving plate and defrost in a refrigerator (5°C) for approximately 8 hours. Once defrosted product can be stored ambiently in an airtight container in a cool dry place away from strong odours. The cake must be used within 7 days once defrosted. Once defrosted each portion can be eaten cold or hot.

How to serve once defrosted: Place cake onto a flat surface. It is advised to mark the whole cake into 16 portions as per image on sleeve prior to cutting.
Cut the cake with a serrated knife using a sawing action, cleaning the blade in between slices.

Heating instructions: Microwave 1000 watts. As a guide heat 1 portion for 10 seconds.

Storage Instructions

Store frozen and keep flat. Should be -18°c or below. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
